DiEdifice uses solid models of the component to be cast and the die blocks as the input. Through an interactive process with the user, DiEdifice designs the gating, ejection and cooling system. It optimizes the gate locations, gate and gate runner geometry and machine parameters. The results are reduced rejections, improved yield and increased productivity.
